Return and Warranty Policy

At Tulaa Hair, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our hair extensions. Please review our return and warranty policy below for detailed information on how we handle product returns and warranties.

1. Returns

Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the extensions must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used extensions. Items marked as non-returnable at checkout cannot be returned.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tulaahair.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return in your request.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

2. Warranty

Coverage:
Tulaa Hair offers a 60-day warranty on all hair extensions against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, styling, or external factors.

How to Claim:
To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at tulaahairsuppliesinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other evidence of the defect.

Resolution:
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances. Our goal is to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Exclusions:
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, chemical treatments, or failure to follow our care instructions.

3. International Orders

For international orders, please note that return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds and replacements are subject to the policies outlined above.
